On the other hand, the innovative port supervision mode, through the implementation of pre-recording, optimization of customs clearance, and strengthening after-the-fact supervision And other measures to ensure the quality and safety of fresh aquatic products entering the country; in addition, it also improves the efficiency of customs clearance at the port, and implements the “5+2” 24-hour reservation clearance and “green channel” for the characteristics of short live-time and fast circulation of imported products. Convenience measures such as "air declaration, landing inspection and release", and on May 1st, the paperless system was launched, which reduced the length of customs clearance of imported products by more than 50%, and ensured the freshness and safety of the products to the greatest extent.
