Shanghai Linghai International Aquatic Products Trade Center “Starts”

Tianshi Dili, Linghai International has taken advantage of the trend. The initial investment is 800 million yuan and the total construction area is more than 100,000 square meters. It is the only large-scale and professional international aquatic product trade center in China. Its construction, structure, water supply and drainage, fire protection, roads, parking lots, etc. are all strictly constructed in accordance with relevant national industry standards, effectively solving the common problems of “dirty, chaotic and poor” in the aquatic product market; trading mode promotes the synchronization of e-commerce and shops, now Simultaneously selling and distributing, realizing the “waterless” operation of wholesale sales of aquatic products.


The center has 300 standardized seats and 42,000 square meters of parking space. It is the first aquatic product trade park in Shanghai. At present, 300 seats have been signed by domestic and foreign brand dealers such as Shanghai Fisheries Group, Beijing Xiangfa, Shunjingfa, Oufeng, Wuzhou, Hongfu, Xinjiu, and Zizidao (002069, shares).

All fire-fighting international materials and equipment have been adopted, and a complete fire protection system and strong security measures have been established to ensure the safety of the park.


Linghai International has its own seafood fishing, breeding and processing base, and increased investment, and introduced overseas manufacturers and domestic distributors, mainly direct sales, eliminating various intermediate links, cheap, effectively lowering Shanghai The price of imported aquatic products is about 30%. According to preliminary estimates, the annual turnover of the center can reach 500,000 tons, and the turnover is about 50 billion yuan, of which imported aquatic products account for about 1/3 of the total trade center, so that Shanghai residents can eat safely.
