The total import and export volume of aquatic products reached 853,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 20.9%. In the first half of 2017, the general trade export of aquatic products in Dalian increased significantly.

In the first half of the year, the export volume of general trade was 62,000 tons, accounting for 20.6% of total exports, up 7% year-on-year; the export trade volume was 220 million US dollars, accounting for 21.7% of total export trade, up 14% year-on-year.

At the same time, the processing of feed processing has grown rapidly, and processing of imported materials has continued to be sluggish. The export processing trade export is the main export trade mode of aquatic products in our city, and its export trade volume accounts for 67% of the total export trade of the city.
